Terms of service.

The short version

• Use the prompts to build whatever you want. The pages you ship are yours.
• Don't resell the prompt library itself or claim you wrote it.
• Pro is month-to-month. Cancel any time from the Account page.
• 14-day refund if you change your mind, no drama.

1. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, email hello@motion.app immediately. Accounts are personal — don't share them.

2. License to use prompts

When you copy a prompt, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to generate sites, apps, and other works. The websites and software you produce are yours to keep, modify, and monetize.

You may not, however: redistribute the prompt library itself as a competing product, scrape the catalog, or claim authorship of the prompts themselves.

3. Pro subscription

Pro is billed monthly or annually. We charge the card on file at the start of each cycle until you cancel. Cancel from your Account page — access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations, but we honor a 14-day refund window after a new purchase if you ask.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to build anything illegal, hateful, or harmful to others. We can suspend accounts that violate this rule without warning. We don't moderate what you build downstream — that's on you.

5. Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee any specific SLA on the Free tier. Pro and Studio plans get priority but the service is "as is" — outages happen.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months. We're not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active accounts. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
